THE CHALLENGE
A cycle of negative thinking can be hard to break. Negative thoughts going round and round in your head can prevent you from taking positive action but by building resilience, you will have the necessary skills to cope with trauma, stress and change negative perceptions.
THE SOLUTION
This session aims to help deepen your self-awareness, so you are at “your best” more of the time. By thinking about situations in logical steps you can learn how to challenge your thinking to see what is actually happening rather than what you think is happening.
Programme structure
Participants will learn about:
Why resilience is important
The steps to challenge your thinking
How to develop self-awareness
WILL THIS BENEFIT ‘ME, US & IT’?
ME: This workshop will help identify which behaviours, attitudes and beliefs make you feel at your best. By becoming more self-aware you will improve motivation and thrive in situations that were previously challenging.
US: Operating at “our best” makes us and our teams more resilient. We will be able to commit to achieving goals and think positively.
IT: Will motivate colleagues and help to being teams together whilst providing skills both in and out of the workplace.

This program is delivered over 1 hour on MS Teams.
This program is delivered virtually.
To get the most from our session, we would ask you to reflect and prepare in advance.
Before we meet, please think of a real conversation you need to have—either work-related or personal. This could be:
✔ A difficult conversation you’ve been avoiding.
✔ A relationship you want to improve by starting a conversation.
You will not be asked to share details of the issue, the people involved, or any specifics with the wider group. Instead, you will work one-on-one with a programme partner in full confidence.
The session will focus on themes and approaches, not personal details, ensuring a safe space for learning and practice.
