Description

THE CHALLENGE

Failure to challenge any kind of bullying or harassment in the workplace or deal with issues early can have long lasting and sometimes devastating consequences, not only for the person involved but for the business itself. We must do all we can to ensure all our employees feel safe and are free from harassment, and that our managers are trained to identify and deal with issues as they arise.

THE SOLUTION

The aim of this workshop is to give you an understanding of acceptable standards of behaviour in the workplace and how to identify bullying, harassment, and sexual misconduct.

By the end of this workshop, you should have a clear understanding of the company's policies and procedures around Dignity at work and Code of Conduct and be better prepared to deal with incidents in the workplace, and what to do if you witness misconduct.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How is this program delivered?

    This program is delivered virtually.

  • Is there any pre-work to complete prior to the program?

To get the most from our session, we would ask you to reflect and prepare in advance.

Before we meet, please think of a real conversation you need to have—either work-related or personal. This could be:

    ✔ A difficult conversation you’ve been avoiding.
✔ A relationship you want to improve by starting a conversation.

You will not be asked to share details of the issue, the people involved, or any specifics with the wider group. Instead, you will work one-on-one with a programme partner in full confidence.

The session will focus on themes and approaches, not personal details, ensuring a safe space for learning and practice.
