THE CHALLENGE
One of Noble Foods core values is “Together” working collaboratively, trusting each other as one Noble family. However, working together can sometimes be a challenge. There are many factors that can disrupt a harmonious working relationship from conflicting organisational priorities, poor communication or just the fact that people perceive the world differently and their preference in how they think, and act may appear alien to you.
Noble Foods has high aspirations for the future and as an integrated business it is essential for our Business Units to maximise our position in a united way. By collaborating more effectively with our colleagues we will accelerate and strengthen our business for the future.
THE SOLUTION
In this workshop we will explore how to improve your ability to collaborate with others by:
Identifying what collaboration means to you and to Noble Foods
Look at 5 key steps in effective collaboration
Be introduced to Insights Discovery
Use the Insights Introduction to identify your own top preferences for thinking, decision making and perception
Learn how to spot others preferences from their written or verbal communication, behaviours and actions or body language
Identify options to dial your own energy up or down to improve connections with others
Make an action plan for personal growth

This program is delivered over 2 hours on MS Teams.
This program is delivered virtually.
To get the most from our session, we would ask you to reflect and prepare in advance.
Before we meet, please think of a real conversation you need to have—either work-related or personal. This could be:
✔ A difficult conversation you’ve been avoiding.
✔ A relationship you want to improve by starting a conversation.
You will not be asked to share details of the issue, the people involved, or any specifics with the wider group. Instead, you will work one-on-one with a programme partner in full confidence.
The session will focus on themes and approaches, not personal details, ensuring a safe space for learning and practice.
