The Challenge
The nature of leadership continues to evolve as organisational structures and business models evolve.
Top-heavy leadership approaches are shifting and in their place, individual contributors are being asked to step up in new ways, take on more responsibility, contribute differently, and look for ways to empower themselves— essentially to become self leaders.
We know that organisations don’t execute well when individual contributors aren’t taking the initiative or ownership, which is why this is one of our key values.
Performance can often be stalled because colleagues don’t know how to ask for what they need when they need it.
The truth is, people want to be engaged, to make meaningful contributions, and to be appreciated.
We know how important it is to the success of Noble that every person feel empowered and committed to achieving results.
The Solution: Creating a Culture of Self Leaders to Power Noble
Our Self Leadership training programme is designed by experts in employee motivation and engagement to ensure team members develop the self-starting mindset they need to move Noble towards fulfilling its purpose - To better nourish people, animals, and planet for the next 100 years.

The Self Leadership programme will teach you the following key concepts:
SLII®—learn the world’s most popular leadership model, taught from the perspective of the self leader rather than the manager
Assumed Constraints—learn to recognise those perceived barriers or self-limiting beliefs, that can be transcended or avoided
Points of Power—learn the five sources of power at work and how each can be activated to help achieve goals and experience greater autonomy and competence
Proactive Conversations—learn how to seek the direction and support they need; learn how to proactively conduct One on One Conversations with their manager, in which they prepare the agenda
This programme is delivered virtually (via Zoom) over 5 x two-hour sessions.Further information, including a consideration of how the programme will benefit ‘Me, Us & It?’ can be downloaded below: 📎 Blanchard - Self Leadership - Noble Summary vs3.pdf
This program is delivered virtually.
To get the most from our session, we would ask you to reflect and prepare in advance.
Before we meet, please think of a real conversation you need to have—either work-related or personal. This could be:
✔ A difficult conversation you’ve been avoiding.
✔ A relationship you want to improve by starting a conversation.
You will not be asked to share details of the issue, the people involved, or any specifics with the wider group. Instead, you will work one-on-one with a programme partner in full confidence.
The session will focus on themes and approaches, not personal details, ensuring a safe space for learning and practice.
